Return & Refund Policy

At Courtney’s Print Shop, most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

 


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or with a printing defect, we will make it right.

What to do if your item arrives damaged or misprinted:

  1. Send us a message under "Contact Us" with your order number.

  2. We will respond back and request photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging (box/tube and any visible damage)

  3. Contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


⚠️ What Is Not Considered Damage

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
    (misspellings, wrong sizes, incorrect addresses, etc.)

  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences

  • Installation errors or improper application

  • Normal wear and tear

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
